Look here!

I used to have my blogroll separated into lists for easier following.  That was until I changed my theme and it started seperating for me automatically.

So I have removed the redundant list.

I think I will keep the page open though, perhaps make it a bit of a more in depth ‘about me’ page…

In fact as I write this I feel an idea blossoming…

You ask me a question (or a few) and I will answer them as honestly as I know how.

So, go ahead, ask me anything!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Q: Why did you marry your husband?… and you can’t say ’cause you love him!:) (Wenchy)
A: Sjoe, you would think this would be an easy one… We have so much in common, from our sense of humor to our taste in movies to the food we like to eat but we also have differences, being with Paul makes me think, Im constantly learning new things and being challenged.  Also he doesn’t let me get away with my bullshit, if Im behaving badly he tells me so and doesn’t stand for my puppy dog eyes and nonsense.
Q: What has been your biggest accomplishment in your life thus far? Having baby Aaron does not count! (Wenchy)
A: Moving out of my moms house and supporting myself when I was about 23 years old, even though there was no reason to move out.  It was something I felt the need to do, I found an apartment (all by myself), I sorted out the lease and my move (all by myself), I bought my own groceries and cooked my own meals, I changed my own linen, cleaned my own bath and toilet and I did it all by myself.  I always knew that if I needed help, of any kind, I could ask my mom but I didn’t need to ask and that made me so proud of myself.
Q: What do you love to do in your “me time” when you get a chance to have it? (Cams)
A: I love to read.  I can read a novel in 2 or 3 days if its one that I really enjoy.  I love physical books but I find it more economical to read digital so I spend a lot of time with my iPod touch.  Im hoping to get a Kindle one day when Im all grown up.  I also enjoy baking and I am trying to bake more often, I want to learn about cake/cupcake decorating so I see myself spending a lot more free time doing that.
Q: What do you think is your best personality trait? (Exmi)
A: Hmmm, I would like to think that my integrity is my best trait.  My father raised me (and my brothers) to not only be honest, trustworthy and loyal towards others but to ourselves as well.  I hope that I live up to his teaching and his example and that I make him proud.
Q: Buried/cremated? (Exmi)
A: This ones an easy one.  As a Jew I will be buried.  Here are a few links to the customs of a Jewish burial.
Q: Favourite item in your wardrobe? (Exmi)
A: Oh wow, so many favourites…  I have a pair of jeans (from my mothers cupboard), they have this intricate pattern beaded in stones over the thighs, very sexy with high healed boots.  I also love love love all the clothes I have from Two Clothing, they are stylish, comfy and  local!
Q: What do you think it is that paul loves most about you? (Exmi)
A: As per instructions I haven’t asked Paul about this question ;)… I think that he loves me for many reasons.  I know for a fact that he knew I was ‘The One’ on our first date when we discussed the absolute drivel that was Star Trek: Nemesis and he realised that not only am I a SciFi fan but I have the same taste in SciFi that he has.  I think he also loves the fact that I know my own mind, that I stand up for what I believe in.  Also my sense of humour, we just have to look at each other and we laugh because we were thinking the same ridiculous thought.  Incidentally, these are just some of the things that I love most about him too.
Q: If i gave you a car R10000 and you had to go on a road trip where would you go and what would you do? (Sally-Jane)
A: Oh the places I’d go… I would tour our beautiful country.  Im embarrassed to admit how little of this country I have really seen.  I would love to drive through the Karoo and stop off in little dorpies and get to know the locals.  I want to do the Wine Route and spend time working (for a bed and food) in the vineyards.  I want to travel along the coast and spend time digging my toes into the sand of all the different beaches.  Mainly I want to do all of that and more very very slowly, no rush, no hurry, stop when I feel like it and move on when its time to move on…
Q: If you knew a friend’s husband/wife was having an affair… would you tell them? (Wenchy)
A: My immediate answer would be YES!  Then I realise that I give that answer because if I were in that position I would hope that my friends would tell me.  I also realise that not everyone would feel this way.  I suppose I would take into consideration who it was and what they would want me to do but in the end I would probably tell them, I cant stand liars and cheats and I think not telling my friend would make me a liar too.  I would hope that the friend I had to tell would appreciate my honesty and would realise that I have their best interests at heart and that I am always there for them!
